Yesterday our specialist gave us a diagnosis! It is lipophagic panniculitis of childhood. It is a rare disease of the fat, and we don't quite understand it yet. All I know is that it looks like this will be long term, maybe several years and that they treat it with a daily dose of steroids (not fun!). I will post more as I find out more about this.

I thought that dress was so small when I got it, but it's big on her. She's beautiful! I can't wait for her and Cali to meet.
She is too cute. And having a diagnosis is great!! Caleb was looking at the picture just now and said Mommy, baby Avery is cute. I feel left out, there you are having a girl, and I'm not around anymore!!!
She looks sooooooo happy smiling....it is amazing how different all the cousins look from each other, but within one family so much a like. WOW some genes are strong!!! K
